Digital Products Refund Policy
All Sales on digital products are final and are exempt from being refunded, and thus refunds will not be given on digital items such as eBooks and audiobooks unless a digital product has been purchased twice on accident.
The reason I’ve chosen not to issue refunds on digital items is I’m an independent author who operates as a sole trader. Also, there is no way to return a digital item. Sorry, but I hope this helps you understand why I’ve chosen this no refund on digital items.
But if you are having trouble downloading an ebook or audiobook or are experiencing issues, please contact me through my contact page or reply to the email from BookFunnel, and they will help you load the ebook onto your favourite devices. If you have not received the email from BookFunnel, please reach out to me by replying to the emailed receipt or email me at hello at authoradhay dot com.
Physical Book Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts seven days on physical books. If seven days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item has been damaged in transit.
Also, if you have not received your item, please reach out to me, and I’ll contact the shipping company and find out what is happening with your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unless you opened the item and found that the book was damaged during delivery.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase from my store.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; I will provide you with a return address.
